The various designs of Zoloche Vezuviy residential buildings are combined into a single architectural ensemble with the appearance of facades and roofs.
We have implemented about 10 designs of houses with an area of 180 to 340 m2 on plots of 8 - 20 acres, overlooking Lake Zoloche or the square.
The quarter is gradually growing and expanding, new cottages with landscaping and ready infrastructure are put into operation.
