The house is partially furnished, there are household appliances.
Outdoor swimming pool (10x4m with variable depth and counter current). Garage for two cars and a carport for several cars and a boat. Summer house, patio. In the cottage: kitchen, dining-patio, bathroom and barbecue. Automatic watering, lawn, automatic lighting of the entire area.
Private beach, access to the lake Zoloche, coastal fortifications were made. Nearby are situated Zoloche International School, housing office, security point, car wash.
