Exterior walls are made of ceramic solid brick 38 cm wide with insulation Neopor “Basf” 20 cm and an additional layer of mineral wool, the floor of the 1st floor on the ground 5 cm of expanded polystyrene. The roof is insulated with 25 cm of ICYNENE insulation and Technonicol hydro-windproof reinforced film.
There is a heat energy passport of the house that will successfully pass the leak test.
